Where are you located?I train clients who do not have their own fitness equipment at the Arc Gym located off of Boonville Rd in College Station, TX. If a client has equipment they would prefer to use in the comfort of their own home, private sessions at the client's home can be scheduled (dependent on location).

Which training session option is the best for me?The best training session option will be the one that you can add to your schedule and remain consistent with that designated time. Bodies need movement and physical activity on a continual basis. According to health.gov, adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity each week and 2 days of muscle strengthening activity. For active individuals, shorter/less frequent sessions might be appropriate; however, some individuals will need more. The best way to determine which training session is best for you is to schedule your FREE consultation so we can discuss your overall goals and current lifestyle/activities.

Can I do in-person sessions AND online training?ABSOLUTELY! Clients should select the best plan for their in-person sessions. They can then add the online training for an additional fee. When selecting the Online Training add-on, I'll provide up to 3 weekly additional PERSONALIZED workouts through a customized app. Video explanations and personal habit/goal tracking will also be provided. Let me know you're ready, and I'll send you the link for the Online Training add-on.
