GROUP Training - Hour Sessions
One Hour Sessions 2 or 3 Times Per Week
Service Description
Group Sessions are an hour in length. They are tailored to the group based on desired goals and current fitness levels. Some group members may be given different exercises or modifications as necessary; however, the group will mostly work together or alternate turns of the same movements throughout the session. Please schedule a Personal Training Consultation to discuss all available options. A client is more than welcome to utilize both group training and personal training.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions that are scheduled in advance require a 2-hour cancellation notice to reschedule. Any sessions that are not canceled 2-hours prior to the scheduled time will not be rescheduled and considered services rendered. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
