Service Description
Half Hour Sessions are built for clients with limited time. Warm-ups will be shorter, and post-workout stretching will often be given as homework/self-based to make the most of our time together. Half Hour Sessions are billed bi-weekly for a minimum of 5 months.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions that are scheduled in advance require a 2-hour cancellation notice to reschedule. Any sessions that are not canceled 2-hours prior to the scheduled time will not be rescheduled and considered services rendered. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
