Personal Training - Hour Sessions
One Hour Sessions 2 or 3 Times Per Week
Service Description
Hour Sessions are custom-tailored to the client based on desired goals and current fitness level. Workouts will begin with a short warm-up and end with stretching/cool-down. For clients who setup recurring memberships, Hour Sessions are billed weekly. Clients may also buy session "Packs" that can be booked sporadically, subject to availability. Packs are only recommended for individuals with unpredictable/changing schedules or those who already live an active lifestyle and are looking to supplement/up-level their training with a trainer. Please schedule a Personal Training Consultation to discuss all available options.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions that are scheduled in advance require a 2-hour cancellation notice to reschedule. Any sessions that are not canceled 2-hours prior to the scheduled time will not be rescheduled and considered services rendered. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
